Tamar Lakes parkrun

My niece has started running and asked to do a run together. Tamar lakes parkrun is on her doorstep so I picked her up en route and we did it together. 1st parkrun for her and 55th for me.
Upper Tamar lake is on the border of Devon and Cornwall, so you run in both counties while you run the 5km perimeter trail.
The lake is a reservoir serving the Bude area and was officially opened in 1977 with the capacity of 1400 million litres.
