The final burn

The end of my first advent candle. Will definitely be a tradition now. Something lovely about watching it slowly disappear day by day. 
Wonderful Christmas Eve. Picked up eldest from Glasgow and had a light lunch with her and did important things like bought a good bottle of wine for tomorrow ( she knows lots about it so her advice was welcome) She later went to her dad's and the youngest was picked up from hospital and is staying here. First time for years. So lovely. We had a nice meal, she had a relaxing bath and we watched some TV  and a bit of Shrek 3. Late getting to bed but happy so who cares!!
