Have A Very Merry Christmas

It's clear blue skies and 23˚ here at the moment, so it does not feel very Christmassy. Shorts and a teeshirt and I'm still too hot! 

But I keep reminding myself the weather is one big reason for emigrating here.

The old flat is just about shipshape for the guests to arrive later.

Not sure I am though.
