Today's summary

This has been a frustrating day! I have ME/CFS, and usually manage it well. I'm lucky in that mine isn't as bad as some people have it, though it goes through good and bad patches. Currently I'm in a good phase, so when it hits like today it's really annoying.

So I've spent the day either dozing or gawping at the telly (sometimes both at once), hence this emergency blip of the PVR in play mode.

Sums up the day: unproductive, though hopefully it means I'll be OK tomorrow.
