Up early with Lucinda this morning who decided she wanted to jump up and down on my head at 6:30am!

Headed into Tynecastle this morning at 10am as was entertaining clients for the Edinburgh derby.

Neither Hearts or Hibs are my team but this was business!

After leaving the hospitality suite (£60 richer after winning a coupon) we headed up to Murrayfield Indoor Sports Club for some ten pin bowling.

Must have been the alcohol but I had my best ever start to a game with 5 strikes (yes 5 strikes) in a row!

Hit my personal best score of 184.

Headed home now via some form of fast food takeaway.
