Santa limbers up

Christmas Day parkrun this morning. Lovely to see so many people who hadn’t been to Edinburgh parkrun in a while and also lots of visitors. The weather fairy was kind to us again and the rain stopped just as we started our run and by the end the sun had come out. Glad about that as I didn’t know if my Santa hat would have held out in the rain. The lady dressed as a parcel would certainly have had problems - it was difficult enough for her to run with that on as it was!

Afterwards it was a quick dash home to change, pack up the sleigh with presents and food and drive over to Glasgow for Christmas festivities with the family. 

Horrible drive back in rain and sleet, but safely home now and relaxing after a busy, but lovely, day.
