Talking Turkey

When we walked to the lookout this morning a Brush-turkey was busily raking leaves across the forest floor. They are unafraid of humans and are adapting to urban life. We recently stayed in a hotel in a busy part of Sydney and found turkeys roaming the streets and parks. Home gardeners hate them for their incessant digging and leaf-raking.
