Walking on water

The sea was like a mill pond this morning so we caught the ferry from St Mawes to Falmouth. We’ve now explored the length and breadth of Falmouth which is a fascinating port with everything from a castle built by Henry VIII, lots of grand Georgian buildings, through to the modern dockyard and yachting harbour. The sun shone for all but the ten minutes before we got back to the ferry wharf, which is why it is so wet!
