Christmas Fungus

The recent rains encouraged the mushrooms to pop up everywhere.  Today was a gorgeous sunny day.  After a morning  spent opening gifts and nibbling on pannettone, cranberry bread, pear walnut bread and Kringle (almond, this year), a hike was a perfect and mandatory activity!
