Nananananananananana......

Michelle ran the BUPA women's 10k in Glasgow this morning. The weather was rubbish but she made it round in a good time and a PB.

I missed her as she passed me at the beginning and the picture near the finish line wasn't great so I thought I would dedicate todays picture to the Marshalls that give their time to support all the runners.

Well done to these three happy souls for all their help
