Destiny?

We've been idly pondering the idea of moving house for some time now. Well there are 2 on the market in the village where our kids went to primary school.
We looked at one today and though its not perfect it could be if it can be afforded.
The sharp intake of breath was caused by this pear tree. I've said for years I would like a pear tree that's 100 ft high and 200 years old. This clearly isn't either but it would do :-).
I will get ours valued again tomorrow.
Also today coffee with a young colleague and lunch with old friends.
