Strata
Very pleasant walk this morning with Mr M and Louie. Walked by the Whiteadder Water, then followed part of the Ninewells walk back to the car. Warm sunshine, and Louie enjoyed a swim. Banks covered in wild flowers, and cherry trees in blossom.
The steep rock face on one side of the river is gradually eroding away, and just upstream from this spot there's been quite a large landslide. Several trees, including a cherry in flower, have come down the bank and are now lying beside the river. Looks like a big oak tree, already leaning heavily, will be next...
