Wreath

D and I are vegetarian, and this wreath has become our staple Christmas centrepiece. It's a combination of carrot, mushroom, red pepper, spinach, breadcrumbs, cranberries, pine nuts, chestnuts, brandy and spices in a puff pastry wreath, and it's one of the tastiest things I have ever cooked.

This year it was baked in my mum's kitchen in a frenzy of cooking before Christmas day.
