Had lunch at La Fiorentina in Lemme with one of my Brazilian clients with whom I have been working on a yearly basis for the last eight years. He was in Edinburgh on the day the Queen's cortage passed down the Royal Mile and sent me a video.  He also asked that day for a few malt whisky recommendations which I happily sent and was pleased to hear, today, all of them had been tried by him and his brothers that day...top of the list was Highland Park!
