Day 3
It promised to be a better day than yesterday's rainy day. We had picked a way back home that made a wide arc through Belgium. To get to a dead straight long bike path, we had to go in the direction of Exel, because from there you can go to Hasselt in a fairly easy way. It was 25 kilometres to Hasselt where a downpour overtook us. It was the only shower and the fact that we had just arrived in Hasselt gave us the opportunity to have lunch on a heated terrace. Long lunch.
