Christmas 2022

A rubbish photo but, I had forgotten to take photos! We had a good Christmas though there were fewer people than most years in France Without my sister's sons and their family, SparseRunner and Lucie, it was just mum, Katya, Claudine (my sister), Denis (her husband) Melanie (their daughter), my uncle and me. The food was good - I made a salmon Wellington for the fish dish and mum prepared a guinea foul, with chestnut and mushrooms for the meat eaters, with gratin dauphinois of course. 
We played games after the meal -  we taught my uncle how to play qwirkle but he preferred Scrabble so he and mum played a game, while my sister taught me how to play Azul. I really enjoyed it!
