Christmas table

I embroidered this Christmas  table cloth over 30 years ago . The table cloth was given to me by a friend who bought it in Maderia. I thought I would never get it finished  but I broke my ankle and couldn't  walk and had to sit all day. The edges of the cloth had to have blanket stiched all the way round  and  the excess material cut off. It was a mammoth embroidery task but I managed it. I don't  remember using it much in Tarbet so asked R to put it on the table for our dinner.
