Sun setting

I spent most of today attempting to make stollen with the leftover marzipan from icing the Christmas cake. Turns out I got the spices wrong so it's more like hot cross bun marzipan loaf. Still edible but not stollen! Husband back to work he spent the a couple of hours using the grader to plough his track to the ranch. After the snow then freezing rain there was no way he could get through in the truck until he did.
