Ping On No More

The Ping On Chinese Restaurant (and Takeaway) in Stockbridge was an institution - the original owner Kenny Mak made going to Ping On between 1968 and the early 90’s a night to remember - it was the restaurant of choice in Stockbridge and Mr Mak was famed for his personality and his memory of those who had patronised his restaurant.
Mr Mak sold up in the 90's and lately the restaurant has been closed. It now appears to be changing hands and a hamburger joint will take its place.
