The Birds

Dear O'H dear and Lovely Tea Jenny,

I had a lovely lunch today with Smashley (who was in Edinburgh for Christmas). It’s still Christmas so G & T’s at midday are completely acceptable as it’s not morning!

When I was walking home, there were hundreds of blackbirds swarming in swirling clouds and it was mesmerising*. People were just standing in the street, completely transfixed by the avian dance above them in the sky theatre.
