Did you know it was St Francis of Assisi who made the first Crib in Greccio he wanted to bring home to the people of that village about the Birth of Jesus and it was 800 years ago on Christmas Day these are the Cribs I put up here the one in the external Church is made of Bog Oak and it is black. I’ve just given a short version . I hope you all had a lovely Christmas I’m still watching the ducks!
