Are you more surprised that I own a yoga mat, or that I actually had it out and used it?

As well as doing some of the balance and aerobic sections on my Wii Fit, I thought I'd give the muscle workout section a try. Some of the exercises were a relative piece of cake, but the 'Jack-knife' was not easy at all. I'm just glad there was no-one here with a camera whilst I was trying to sit up and lift my legs to make my body into a V shape because I didn't do it well. The yoga mat was a must, even with the amount of natural padding that my backside has, the laminate lounge floor was uncomfortable to say the least.
