I've blipped this sign before quite a while ago. I snapped it to show the weather over the mountain. I made the mistake of trying to go over to Pinetop through that. I chose the wrong vehicle for the conditions and turned back. The snow was blowing and very slippery. The other road (US60) was clear as was the sky for most of the way but the wind was atrocious.
