I survived Bootcamp!
I got up at really early this morning to go to Bootcamp in the park.
It was so much fun! I was a bit nervous as I didn't know anyone or what to expect but as soon as we got started I was fine.
After a warm up and some partner exercises we launched into sprinting a distance followed by 10 squats, then sprinting back followed by 10 press ups, and so on steadily increasing reps and changing exercises as we went.
After sit ups, press ups, burpees, squats, planks, running etc for an hour I was thoroughly exhausted, but I had a great time.
Totally worth it, sign me up for next week!
