Prep
We have a houseful at Hogmanay into the new year, so made a start on the food prep,starting with a triple batch of Lupe Pintos' famous chile con carne. The double batch is the regular recipe and one has a few more chipotle chiles for added oomph. The guacamole and salsa will be made tomorrow. Next it's the base for our New Year Day steak pies.
