Bregaglia - Chiavenna

Driving to Chiavenna (Italy) to get food for the coming festive days and to fill the Diesel tank. The highlight is always visiting the fishmonger before returning home up the Val Bregaglia (blip) and over the Maloja pass.

As a result we prepared for dinner at home Cozze as an appetizer, Scampi argento and Cappesante with rocket salad as the main course and fresh gorgonzola with pears, nuts and fresh bread for dessert. The Pinot Blanc from Merano was an excellent companion.

Tomorrow our dinner will be pulpo cotto as an appetizer and an entire rombo.
