Mill Wheel

Mr F and I were milling this morning. This is the main mill water wheel. I am not sure that it does it justice. We weren't milling at full speed today, so only packed 38 kg.

Smile factor: Spoke to lets of people about making bread. In particular spoke to a lady about the benefits of making dough in a bread machine. So tonight Mr F's dough for his weekly loaf has been made in the bread machine. I could have done it faster by hand.

Exercise: Packing bread and pulling a trolley, full of empty bottles to the bottle bank
