Owel tell ya...

... a dip into Lough Owel beats a double espresso when it comes to keeping you awake behind the wheel. 

It was a good bit colder than the Irish Sea for some reason. 

And it always feels strange to open my eyes in fresh water. For some reason it is less comfortable than opening my eyes in the sea. Go figure... 

The lads and I are staying with Nana for a couple of days. The girls are looking after the cat. And the sales in Pull & Bear if Mimi's Revolut notifications are to be believed (I have an electronic spy working for me...)
