Trapped

Our 6th Monarch took to the wing this morning after freeing it from the cage I usually leave them on the outside to fly away whenever they wish but this one would not let go so it clung to my thumb for ten minutes then I placed it on the shade umbrella cover.
I never saw it fly off as I had to go out.

I finally put my old camera up for sale, Nikon D5300, if and when it sells I shall purchase a new lens.

My windscreen was due to be replaced this morning but I had a call to say the technician has Covid not that I disbelieve them but Covid is being used for many excuse as it is something that'll not be argued. I now have to wait till the 12th.
