Mother's Day Tulip

It is Mother's Day here in North America and we got a surprise from Mother Nature. SNOW! Have never seen snow on Mother's Day before. We have had such nice weather the past week, up to 26c but on Saturday the temperatures started to drop with talk of freezing weather and frost and now snow! Had to rush around the garden and cover some recently purchased plants.We got less than an inch but for a while everything was covered in white! Both my mother and Edward's are passed on so this flower is for them. I wish a Happy Mother's day out there for all Moms around the world!
