Sometimes...just sometimes...

...a little convenience is required in your life.  Bit of a strange combination - curry and Xmas pudding.  The pudding didn't get used on Xmas day - had baklava instead and I just have a bit of chicken to be used up.  These curry kits from Aldi are very good - they have a bigger selection now but this one or the Thai Red curry are best.
