Poking through the leaves and “eeek”

The bulbs are definitely beginning to show their heads above ground now.

It was blowing a gale and pouring with rain all night and I was kept awake by the sound of the rain and overflowing drainpipes on our bedroom windows.

I went round to Mary’s flat early this morning as she was expecting a BT engineer to install her super fast broadband between 8 am and 1 pm.  It was still dark but I got a bit of a shock when I saw the remains of part of our fence (see extras)
