A very productive day today. We went over to Dunelm in Salisbury where we chose the fabric for new made-to-measure roller blinds and curtains for the kitchen. As our house seems to be a bit of an 'apprentice piece' with not a single right angle anywhere, we've decided to go for their free measuring service.
Next was on to Castle Cameras where I part exchanged a Sigma 70-300mm lens that I hardly ever used and bought a new-to-me Canon 10-18mm lens. Today's photo was a quick test shot taken from the shop doorway.
Finally we stopped off at the Wilton Carpets factory shop to buy a rug for our newly-sanded sitting room floor.
I think my New Year's resolution should be to stop spending money!
