Baby knit

Gilly has ordered some yarn for us to jointly make a baby outfit for Katie and Andrew, due in April. I am making the cardigan and have got started, this is the back. It’s King Cole Baby Drifter yarn and knits up vey nicely. I don’t knit much these days as it tends to give me hand pain, but I make a few exceptions!
We like to get the colours matching on the fronts and sleeves with these self patterning yarns, this looks rather tricky as it’s difficult to see exactly where the green shades change. Hmm.
Gilly is making the hat mittens and bootees when I take the remaining yarn to her!
