The mysterious plasterboarded 45° wall in the corner of the main bedroom, uninvestigated for seven months, turned out to be almost the same as the shelving in the next room along, albeit with a bit of lino in the bottom. Fortunately, nothing in it will prevent it becoming the new back door sometime next month.
