A damp and windy 5 mile run this morning, followed by a day of travelling to see my brother in hospital and a journey back to Devon. N was in less pain and discomfort and was able to eat a little after a procedure to drain his swollen abdomen was successful. Unfortunately the cancer is very advanced and incurable, a palliative care plan will be provided. The photo is of a display of confectionery at a farm shop motorway services near Gloucester.
