Legoland

Woke to two very active boys! Oh what to do?! We decided to use our Merlin passes at Legoland.

Ruperts new favourite thing to say is "sorry i didn't mean to do that" even though he definitely intended to strangle oscar!

It was a fun day but quiet at the park which was helped by the afternoon downpour. We didnt have to queue so that helped with Ruperts impatience. It turns out Rupert has grown and is now 102cm so can go on a few more rides than last time.

The favourite ride of the day was 'the dragon train' and the 'wet boat', yes, mummy got extremely wet, I should have taken a shower instead. Oscar enjoyed the lego animals and the duck in the pond, although he enjoyed making choo, choo noises on the duplo train as well as atlantis aquarium. Oscar has always enjoyed a fish and duck!

The shop visit on the way out was more than successful for the boys, not so much for our bank! A lego rubbish lorry for Rupert (he now loves a rubbish lorry) and duplo construction for Oscar.

The day ended with me trying to entertain a grumpy Oscar with peek a boo on the way home,seriously how long can you play that game for!
