A canapé is for life, not just for Christmas ;-)

As I was awake at 5am, I decided to make an early trip to the butcher's.

They were surprised to have someone request some on the spot butchery rather than to pick up a prepared order, but we finally got there.

This might look like an odd breakfast, but it was tasty.
