Not a trifling matter.

A day with rain of biblical proportions so no chance whatsoever of outside pics.   A number of us have been celebrating New Year's Eve for at least the last 30 years, lockdown excepted, taking turns to host, and this will be 4 courses with wine where everyone will contribute. I have been asked to make a dessert so the above trifle is my offering. Getting it to the venue, without damage, in pouring rain presented a challenge but was successfully overcome.
