Gluten free sausage rolls

Really easy with ready made puff pastry and ready made sausage meat. I think I've overdone the sausage meat but that's not really a problem, is it?

Basil and I walked to the jitty and back this morning. Amazingly, that walk warmed me up for the rest of the afternoon. It felt like hard work though.
