Nearly over the bridge towards 2023

Took hound for a walk before breakfast as the forecast was for rain.  Forecast was correct.  

Spent much of the day reading with the hound resting his head against me.  

It's a quiet NYE for us tonight.  Not sure how Kyro will respond to fireworks.  Once in the garden he barked at fireworks someone had let off several houses away. 

Happy New Year everyone.  Hoping that 2023 will be an improvement on its predecessor.
