Happy New Year

A slow start for all this morning (8.30!). Out for a walk in the local woods, which was lovely. Husband and youngest stayed at home, husband not feeling great and youngest happy to play.
Ate lunch, trip to the supermarket for some last minute treats for my cousins children, then up the road to Belton to see thei Christmas lights. Much enjoyed by all, the husband loved it, and seems to be jolted out of his flu. Chips all round at the end of the walk, then home for late dinner (and to find both the cat and dog are not well).
