Beans….

My soul for your bowl of beans.., :—) Our taste and smell is gradually returning and this bowl of pintos and rice is soo good!! The smell is driving Busby crazy. Who can resist those brown eyes? Buzz got my last bite.
Good day today. We postponed our normal NYE party. We are just tired and drained and I don’t feel like cleaning and sanitizing the house right now.
NY’s has always been a special holiday for us inspite of the fact Daddy died on NYE 2009.
Yesterdaywas Josh and Sarah’s 10th wedding anniversary. Today, 10 years ago, we had a huge party to celebrate, complete with an ELVIS impersonator who sang “ HOUND DAWG” to our bloodhound Izzy! :—) so many wonderful memories. God is so faithful!
