Toffee Machine.

Went on a boat trip up the Mekong River and stopped off at a place on the jungle that made coconut toffee.
This machine was in the corner and I couldn't believe the simplicity of it. There was a small generator that powered a bicycle chain, which in turn enabled a large three pronged beater to mix the boiling toffee. The toffee was in a huge metal bowl being heated by a wood fire.

I could have done with this machine when I was making my Goddaughter's tablet for her wedding favours!
