Wizarding Away

Mr. Badger had to go in for some oral surgery today. He and I both took the day off as it was quite a trek down to the dental office. We stayed at my parents' house since they were a lot closer and we wouldn't have to deal with morning rush hour. Mr. Badger's 2 back, bottom wisdom teeth needed to come out. He is petrified of the dentist due to lots of bad experiences as a child, so he was really not looking forward to this at all (I suppose no one is, but his anxiety was extra high =\). It took them over an hour to get those 2 teeth out. The doctors and nurses all said just how difficult it was as he was in the recovery room =\ Poor guy! He's had lots of mashed potatoes since <3

Today's photo is of my nephew Owen wearing his "Poison Wizard Hat". He informed me that he was feeling very crafty today so we both gathered a pile of supplies on the floor and got to crafting. We ended up making wizard hats and wands :) I was the "Stinky Brown Wizard" and Owen was the "Poison Wizard" - which is apparently the most powerful kind of wizard in the universe since they have poison powers and kung-fu :D
