The Weekend

It was a busy one. Friday night, head back to where I taught and lived for almost four years to celebrate my replacement's birthday with some of my old students. Then Saturday was all about recharging: head to the public baths, where a friend and I worked our way through the bath and then five different saunas. Almost did not want to leave.

Then back into the city at night to meet up with a few friends and find a new, chill bar. Sunday, Church and barbecue.

Church has started to become a big thing in my life lately. Someone asked me about Christianity a little bit ago, as they were becoming somewhat interested in it. After answering their questions, it made me start thinking about my faith. While I've always seen myself as being Christian, I haven't been a practicing one. So lately I've been making sure to make church every Sunday and read the selections from the bishops every day. And after just a few weeks of this, I feel much happier with where I'm at. I've been sorting through some feelings that had me down, but just making the effort with Christianity has been easing my troubles some.
