Pentland Hills Walk

J & D picked us up at 9am for our New Year's Day walk.  We set off from the Threipmuir Reservoir carpark then cut between Black Hill and Bell's Hill to Logan Burn /Loganlea Reservoir.  We had a bit of an adventure when we came back via the Green Cleugh between Black Hill and Hare Hill. The water was so high and running so fast it was tricky to find somewhere to cross so there was a lot of stream jumping on our four hour walk today!  A good start to the new year!
