Still Scared

The Munni-cat and little Chaiyya stayed quite calm during the New Year‘s fireworks, but Rani panicked and still hasn’t stopped reacting very nervously to every sound from outside. 

When the other two went exploring in the garden this morning, Rani didn’t go further than under the bench on the patio, and came running back inside soon after I took this photo. 

The streets, gardens and even fields in our area are now littered with the debris from last night’s celebrations. I picked up quite a few bits in our garden and on our part of the street, when I went for my lunchtime walk today.
