Happy New Year!

Snow stopped us from going to Stirling to see the fireworks last night.

Watched tv which was awful. BBC and STV pre bells programmes could not have been worse. There was one wee gem. It was Nicola ( our FM) at her podium trying to dissuade middle aged men from playing 5 a sides because they are clogging up the NHS with their injuries. :)

Been busy preparing for the family coming tomorrow. Even decided to get out my late Aunt’s dinner set which has never been used .

Had a friend over for afternoon tea and a chat.

Later John took Chloe for her walk while I prepared dinner. It was delicious!
