The Christmas Wheel
The joys of the strobing of modern LED systems and relying on Christmassy customers to pay their way. I had literally no idea of the outcome, hence the many takes in the extras. Sadly the spokes light up only on one side of the wheel (facing outwards to attract customers into Cheshire Oaks I guess), which vastly limited the number of vantage points to prop up the tripod. But luckily l found a dark shady corner right next to the Christmas tree which is the tallest in Europe, apparently (see inside view in the extras). Thanks to my trusty 16mm Samyang lens I was able to squeeze in both the tree and the wheel and a few little festive trees and even a photo bombing ghost (see one of the extras).
Rule of thirds and triangles applied, naturally.
